In order to hold your preferred charter dates for up to 48 hours while we confirm the details with you and send you the deposit request. Your booking request can be cancelled at any time before it is confirmed. To confirm your booking a 50% deposit is payable where bookings are 30 days or more in advance with the balance due 30 days prior to the charter commencement. If deposit is not paid with the 48 hour period, then the availability dates will be released.
For bookings within 30 days 100% is payable to confirm the booking.
Phoenix One is a NO shoes and NO smoking venue.
